There is additional functionality to produce Display Energy Certificates. Compliance is assured through the Government approved interface to the Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM).

digitalenergy also provides the holistic approach to manage initial commissioning and ongoing maintenance planning and management

integrated compliance, increased productivity

As an interface to SBEM's our aim is to provide an added value approach to the compliance tool available to all construction professionals. Through a html based interface information can be managed through a series of 'wizards' creating a simpler approach to an otherwise complex requirement, decreasing the time it takes to use SBEM by approximately 40%.

Outputs to deliver directly to building control

The input regime to achieve compliance would depend upon the stage of the compliance requirement. For new construction the input method would be from a desk assessment. Where as the authorized person would enter the details required from construction documentation and drawings. For existing buildings the input method would be from site surveying. For all the outputs are designed to meet the specific requirement of building control
