Software assurance is included for 12 months with every licence of digitalenergy as standard with an annual option to renew. The assurance contains two elements, the first directly related to the modules that are licence. The subscription ensures that if we upgrade a module you get that upgrade free of charge, when we add benefits, you reap the rewards. The second element is knowledge, through the subscription you not only get your experience but every other users experience through our knowledge base program.
