As an Engineer at heart creating a false vision is impossible. On appointment to the board of Directors at i-Prophets Richard delivers a passion and drive to the company that enthuses all that work for it.

Individual Mission

Strategic direction is the core function I perform in the company. I maintain strong associations with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and the Energy Services and Technology Associations. This ensures that i-Prophets not only stay in touch with the market but that we are instigators in changing it.

Background

Entering an Electrical Engineer apprenticeship on leaving school that led to a HND in Mechatronics. The first ten years of my career was spent working in the Water Industry, developing skills as a Controls Engineer, Project Manager and Contracts Manager. Much of the technology installed in the Water Industry can now be seen utilized in building control. Before joining i-Prophets I spent eight years at Schneider Electric on a fast track Management program for high potential candidates.
