Pre-Certification site survey

Prior to the creation of an energy performance certificate a high level of information must be sourced. From experience we know that buildings change and, services evolve over time whereas more often than not records and plans do not. Our experts will perform a consistent pre-certification site survey to gather all of the information required to produce certification. As such certification is required in order to market a commercial property for sale or rent this will prevent delays in achieving a sale or prevent loss of rental income.

Carbon Trust Opportunities Assessment

As an accredited organization with the Carbon Trust our consultants can carry out the survey to identify with you the most effective course of action. If your organization has not yet considered the route to take for energy and carbon reductions and your overall site energy bill is greater than £50,000 per annum then a free on-site carbon survey funded 100% by the Carbon Trust is potentially an ideal starting point for you.
