Holistic Part L Compliance

Part L of the Building Regulations is one of the primary regulatory tools being used by the UK government to drive the low carbon economy. Assessing and demonstrating compliance therefore now requires detailed analysis of the thermal efficiency of the building envelope and engineering systems.

At i-Prophets we undertake Part L compliance at design to enable detailed submission to Building Control for planning and at a as built stage demonstrating compliance of all five of the required criteria, enabling clients to deliver compliance with the minimum of stress, complication or upheaval.

Energy Performance of Buildings Directive

The directive encompasses the requirements for Part L compliance on new construction and the vast requirement for energy performance certification, both of which i-Prophets have accredited personnel at your disposal. In addition to this the directive calls for regular air conditioning assessment.
